Private sessions are available on either a 1 to 1, or 1 to 2 basis. These are particularly useful sessions if you are recovering from injury or illness, or do not feel you have the confidence at present to join a class.
Many clients attend these sessions on the basis that they have been recommended to pilates by a health professional. We have access to Sports Therapists and Chiropractors so only the best service is provided for the individual and “tailor made” programmes are, therefore, delivered.
