Julie Duffin-Green has many years’ experience in clinical, trigger point, reformer and fitness pilates, and has been involved within the health and fitness industry for over 25 years.
Based at locations in the Dearne Valley area of Barnsley, South Yorkshire, Julie provides both private pilates sessions and group classes. Maintaining small group numbers enables her to monitor, guide and advise each participant. This is particularly important if recovering from injuries or illness. JDG Clinical Pilates aims to provide participants with reduced pain and a far greater degree of mobility and stability – in short a new lease of life.
